"A little step into my life"

As for me, "I'm not a perfect girl. My hair doesn't always stay in place, I spill a lot of things, and I'm pretty clumsy, but when I think about it and take a step back, I remember how amazing life truly is, and maybe I like being IMPERFECT."
The definition of my life: IMPERFECTION. I'm not a perfect girl, and I never will be, but I’ve come to the marvelous realization that no one is, except for Jesus Christ. The number 1 thing that I strenuously strive to base my whole life around is God. Like most people who are trying to do the same thing, I have a tendency to stray away at times. It's not always the easiest thing to be a Christian. You can be ridiculed, tormented, and criticized for every single little thing, but in the end, you just have to swallow your pride and keep pressing forward because it isn't about you.
The second most important things in my life are my friends and family, and I know that I would be lost without them. If you don't know me very well, I'm my Mommy's world. She's my constant companion, and I'm hers. In the end, she's the one who will ALWAYS be there for me. I'm a Daddy's girl, I always have been, and I always will be. My Daddy is my hero. Everything that he does, he does for others, and he is teaching me so many things-from how to be a wonderful example of who a Christian is supposed to be, to the kind of man I need to marry one day.

As for my friends, let's just say that I live by the expression, "You can always have more than one BEST friend". In my case, I have six. I classify these six friends as my "best friends" because I know without a shadow of a doubt that when it comes down to it, and I need them, they will always be there for me. These are the kinds of friends that you can share anything with, cry on their shoulders, and be absolutely nothing but yourself around, but they will still love you just for being you.
The last thing in my life that truly has my heart is teaching. You see, my dream is to become either a high school or middle school English teacher. I want to be a teacher for many reasons, but the number 1 reason is because I want to be the inspiration and role model that many of my teachers have been for me to the generations to come. I can't even begin to describe exactly how much teaching means to me, but I know that it has to be a great deal because every time I talk, think, or hear about teaching, something inside me jumps, and I fall in love with it all over again; it's my passion.

Well, now that you've learned some things about me, I'm hoping that you will continue to read my blogs, and with me, embark on every single new adventure that my life brings foward. :)
